provide ample opportunities for input from stakeholders
provide educational opportunities to local community about projects’ impacts

Have led KK River corridor outreach and educational activities for more than decade
Resides within project geography
Existing long standing relationships and trust with community members
Understands role that where people live, work, and play have impact on community health
