1. The WD40 domain of ATG16L1 is required for its non‐canonical role in lipidation of LC3 at single membranes
Western blotting of LC3 in ATG16L1 FL, ΔFBD‐ or ΔWD‐complemented HCT116 cells treated with bafilomycin (100 nM) or monensin (100 μM) for 1 h. Below is the quantification of LC3‐II/LC3‐I ratios.
