3. Intelligent Diagnostic Reasoning System (IDRS)
Demonstrates the use of ATML and related standards to improve test times and diagnostic accuracy
Based off the IEEE 1232™ AI-ESTATE standard
Initial Diagnostic Model developed from TestDescription ML (1671.1)
Uses IEEE 1636 (Software Interface for Maintenance Information Collection and Analysis (SIMICA)) standards
IEEE Exchanging Test Results and Session Information via the Extensible
Markup Language (XML)

4. TPS Builder TPS Development Tool
Capability to output Test Description ML
Currently imported into TestStand sequences through the use of the NI ATML ToolKit

5. TPS Packager Tool to package all files required to execute a TPS
User defines instruments and station assets needed to execute the TPS
Test Configuration is used to store this TPS file information and assets needed
Used for doing checksum of files for version checking

6. Station Execution Test Station
Defines station and instruments within the station as well as current status (health)

Stores station assets needed for test
Verification of station to execute selected TPS given the state of the station and required test configuration assets needed

7. Switch Development Tool
Tool currently under development that will provide the TPS developer with a graphical interface for defining switch paths from the station instruments to the ITA and UUT
