The report should discuss both of the following viewpoints:
‘It is never, under any circumstances, acceptable for athletes to use performance enhancing substances or practices’.
‘It is always perfectly acceptable for athletes to use any means available to them, including performance enhancing drugs, to compete more effectively’.
You should conclude using your own thoughts and opinions.
