Reduce the tax levy
Make one time purchases – addressing equipment needs in buildings & grounds, transportation, technology, and classrooms
Use reserve funds appropriately - utilizing reserves from retirement, workers compensation, unemployment, employee benefits, and potentially funding a new reserve for repairs
