5. Pre-AP vs regular
Prepares students for taking Advanced Placement courses in the given subject
Recommended for students with strong work ethic who have demonstrated above-average ability in the given subject

Requires additional 15 – 20 minutes of homework per night for each course
Grade weight: +.25 quality points
Criteria - minimum of 85% average grade in the given subject area and recommendation of current teacher
