learning this week?
Math: We are going to continue rounding numbers this week. We will then be moving into addition.
Reading: We are going to be learning about how to use context clues to determine the meaning of unknown words.
Social Studies: We will be finishing up our unit about the 6 regions, and move into science.
Writing: We will begin writing a fictional narrative. Grammar: We will learn about simple sentences.

learning this week?
Math: We are continuing to work on addition, and will begin subtracting this week.
Reading: We are finishing up our unit on context clues, and will begin learning about finding the main idea of a nonfiction text.
Science: We are continuing to learn about magnetism and electricity. Writing: We are beginning a new writing process called Thinking Maps. We will be writing a personal narrative. Grammar: We will learning about plural nouns and practice writing complete sentences.
