Markers of renal function. Mean serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), urine protein/creatinine (UPC) ratio, and urine specific gravity (USG) concentrations at each visit are plotted according to severity of chronic kidney disease (CKD) for all cats at all time points for which data were available. Symbols indicate observed mean values, and the lines indicate the mean values predicted by regression analysis using a mixed model.
