1. Co-initiating: Gather representatives from a cross section of stakeholders in the entrepreneurial development sector to establish what common intention they might have (Understand).
5. Co-evolving: Institutionalize new prototypes. Re-iterate where necessary.
2. Co-sensing: Collectively go out into the system and connect with as many diverse people and places as possible to get a sense of the system as a whole (Observe and empathically understand others’ points of view).
4. Co-creating: Prototype and test a number of first draft ideas of how the entrepreneurial development might be better supported through collaboration within the sector.
3. Presencing: Each stakeholder takes time to be still and to connect to that aspect of the journey so far which most inspires. Allow an inner knowing to emerge and act from this place going forward. (Ideation)
