Fig 1 (A) The 18F sheath was carefully inserted and its progression followed using fluoroscopic guidance. Aortic angiography was performed and displayed during the procedure to facilitate subsequent positioning of the sheath and of the prosthesis. (B) The tip of the sheath was positioned in the upper part of the ascending aorta, as for subclavian implantation technique.
