Overview: Discuss how you drummed up traffic at the beginning of the year and maintained it throughout the year What your 1-on-1 sessions covered How your 1-on-1 sessions translated into action by the student What your follow up 1-on-1 meetings covered Challenges you faced when trying to meet 1-on-1 with students and how you overcame them Documenting interactions in Grace (e.g-how did you keep track of interactions, how often did you update Grace, how did you take notes during meetings, etc.) Following your presentation, Advisers will break off in their mentor/mentee pairing and role play 1-on-1 advising sessions.
