Activities and Accomplishments of the SRHA
Acted on behalf of the SRHA The Board functioned as it should have Held quarterly board meetings and one Annual Meeting as per the Covenants Kept residents apprised of finances Discussed issues brought forth by homeowners SRHA Annual Mtg 1/22/2011

Quarterly newsletters published and distributed by and USPS and available on our website Website updated promptly Directory distributed and updated at the 2011 Annual Meeting and via newsletter SRHA Annual Mtg 1/22/2011

Social Committee Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale
Annual Ornament Exchange Poker-One Monthly Men’s Group The Annual Block Party was cancelled due to the low number of responses SRHA Annual Mtg 1/22/2011

Preferred Contractor Arrow Septic Pump out 2010 results were outstanding. 12 SRHA members participated; it will be offered again in May and October 2011. Special Pricing for Lawn Fertilization from Scotts, Lawn Doctor for SRHA Members. Automotive Paradise offered $15.00 oil changes to SRHA in the Month of August. Special request for 2011 – Lawn Care Preferred Contractors. SRHA Annual Mtg 1/22/2011

Preferred Lawn Care Contractors
If your lawn care company would be interested in offering SRHA members a discount on lawn care, please contact Herb LeBlanc with their name and phone number. The Board needs a minimum of 3 contractor quotes to determine fair pricing. SRHA Annual Mtg 1/22/2011

Landscaping Committee
Sands and Smith Rd Signs and Monuments were weeded and the bushes and trees were trimmed by Linda and Herb LeBlanc saving SRHA $500. Sands and Smith Road Signs and Monuments were repaired and painted by SRHA members Ron Rodewald, Joe O'Malley and Herb LeBlanc. New plants added at each entrance to upgrade overall appearance. Total savings to the SRHA $2000. Joe O’Malley, Jim Schlough and Herb LeBlanc teamed up to maintain the lawn at 3713 Church Hill on two separate occasions. The new owners will be billed by SRHA for this service. Evaluate upgrades to road signs. Details will be discussed under new business. SRHA Annual Mtg 1/22/2011

Elections As defined by our Covenants
The SRHA Board of Directors shall consist of 5 – 9 members Each member shall be elected at the Annual Meeting The term for an elected member is 2 years A member who wishes to remain on the Board must be re-elected at the end of their 2 year term Specific positions on the Board (e.g., President) are voted by the Board at their first Board meeting. They are not specified at the Annual Meeting SRHA Annual Mtg 1/22/2011
