Abstract
This is a report of the status of comment resolution for LB124 Beamforming and Link Adaptation comments.
Minutes from the Beam session on the April 30, 2008 conference call are included.

This document covers 5 CIDs addressing Transmit Beamforming topics: 6100, 6105, 6192, 6288, and 6330
Three of the resolutions proposed in the document (6105, 6192, 6288) were approved by unanimous consent.
One of the resolutions (6100) was put to a vote which did not pass
three votes to approve; four votes to not approve.
An alternate resolution to reject the comment, passed with unanimous consent
The remaining resolution (6330) was deferred. Vinko Erceg (Broadcom) accepted responsibility for resolving final differences with the commenter (Tomoya Yamaura)
