T4P gene clusters in C. perfringens and C. difficile. The primary T4P operon is shown at the top for C. perfringens strain 13 (A) and C. difficile strain 630 (B), and the secondary gene clusters are shown below. Protein annotations are based on sequence homology with proteins of known function, gene organization, and functional analysis.
