4 The Ingredients for Welsh Omelette are 8 oz. flour, 2 eggs, separated, Salt, to 4 tablespoons milk or buttermilk, Pinch of nutmeg, Butter for spreading, 1 dessertspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped.

5 stirring egg 8 oz. flour Put 2 eggs and keep stirring eggs in mixing bowl. Prepare the flour.

6 Pour flour into eggs bowl. Mix the flour and eggs.
