We cooked Welsh Omelette. There are two traditional serving methods. This food is pancakes.

The Ingredients for Welsh Omelette are 8 oz. flour, 2 eggs, separated, Salt, to 4 tablespoons milk or buttermilk, Pinch of nutmeg, Butter for spreading, 1 dessertspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped.

stirring egg 8 oz. flour Put 2 eggs and keep stirring eggs in mixing bowl. Prepare the flour.

Pour flour into eggs bowl. Mix the flour and eggs.

Pour mixed on the pan

Welsh Omelette tastes fantastic and new. We experienced taste of Welsh.
