As a famous saying goes, women can hold up half of the sky. It is true that the status of women is much more improved than the past. However, if women want to make achievements in their careers, they will still face a lot of difficulties.
There are several reasons which account for this problem. First of all, girls have more difficulty getting an education than boys. Moreover, women have more difficulty getting to top of their chosen career. Last but not least, women are more likely to give up their careers to look after children or run the house.

17. As far as I am concerned, we could make some efforts to make more chances for women to make achievements in their careers as men do. For example, we need to help carry out the basic education for children in mountainous areas. What is more, the government is supposed to give more support to women when they start their business. Finally, men should share the responsibility of taking care of the kids at home and doing the housework.
