Seat Shall be Reserved for sc & ST
Not less then one –third of the total number of seats reserved for women belonging to the SC/ST
Not less than 1/3 (including the number of seats reserved for women belonging in to the SC & ST) of the total number of seats to be filled by direct election in every Pinhead shall be reserved for women and allotted by rotation.
The offices of the chair persons in the Panchayats reserved for SC/ST women.
The reservation of seats under clauses (1) and (2) and the offices of chair persons (other then the reservation for women under close (4) shall cease to have effect on the expiration of the period in arti. 334.
Nothing in this part shall prevent the Legislature of a state from making any provision for reservation of seats of any Panchayats offices of chair persons of any Panchayats at any level in fever of backward class of citizen.
