3 Cicatill chi rap To make the pasta(cavatelli) : flour, eggs, water. Dressing: In a frying pan stir- fry bacon bits with olive oil and pinch of ground red hot chili pepper. In a pot full of salted water, boil turnips, after cooking for 5 minutes, add the cavatelli and complete cooking time. Drain the pasta and turnips in a colander. Add fried bacon bits, mix and the dish is ready to be eaten.

4 A CIAVDELL : Stale bread, eggs, tomatoes, olive oil, onion, pork skin or bacon. Procedure: Stir- fry pork skin bits adding water and chopped onion, add tomatoes and then add eggs. Let cook till steaming hot. Lay on top of stale bread.

5 I PUPRAT: Cooked wine, honey, flour, sugar, eggs, butter and milk.

7 CICATIL CU SUG D SAUCICH: Flour, eggs, water, a pinch of salt. Sauce: olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, liver sausage.

8 U PAN COTT Procedure : prepare leaf green stock, add stale bread and leave to soak. Drain and dress with olive oil.

14 Mbrijachill: Flour, olive oil, sugar, white wine. Procedure: mix sugar,flour and olive oil, add white wine until the mixture is solid but soft. Leave aside for about halfan hour. Roll dough in strips. Shape into small donuts. Bake in oven, 180° for about 30 minutes.

15 MENL ATTRRAT Procedure: melt chocolate in a small double boiler pot, add almonds and mix till completely covered. Spoon out from pot forming clusters placing the clusters on a flat surface. Let dry.

17 U SPZZAT: Lamb meat, chicory, eggs. Procedure: Cook lamb meat in a pot adding 2 spoonfuls of olive oil for about half an hour; add the chicory and let cook. Add in egg and the dish is ready to be served.

18 I FACIOL KA COTC: Pork skin, beans. Procedure : cook beans in a clay pot with water. Half way through cooking time add pork skin cut up in strips. Add some salt and a spoonful of olive oil. The dish is ready to be served.
