FY 2017: ED/IES SBIR Info Eligibility: For-profit small business <500 employees, US owned and operated (note: non-profits can be subs) RFP: Likely released in late 2017, proposal due date early 2018 Structure: Ph. I ($150K); Ph. II ($900K); Fast-Track ($1.05M) Review Process: Internal independent review, proposals are scored/ranked & awards based on scores. Award Notification within 90 days. Awards #s: ED/IES SBIR anticipates 10 Phase I awards, 2 Fast-Track awards; and 4 Phase II awards
