She underwent punch biopsy of the skin lesion and pathologic result was metastatic cancer. (a) On axial breast MRI, irregular heterogeneous enhancing mass with skin thickening and enhancement on left breast is evident. These findings mimic inflammatory breast cancer. (b) On clinical photography of left breast, breast swelling and erythema around the nipple is correlated with skin invasion of metastatic tumor. Fig. 9.
