TIPS REGARDING FORMATTING
Use graphic elements, like boxes, to highlight each section of your poster.

Healthy London Partnership (HLP) oversees a number of boards, networks and groups that shape the governance of improvement and transformation work across London through robust clinical and strategic leadership.
Senior governance boards such as the London UEC Transformation & Delivery Board, enable senior leaders to make major policy decisions on behalf of the UEC system in London, and provide a platform to disseminate national policy in a local context. More task-focussed groups such as the Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) Task & Finish Group, provide HLP with an opportunity to support local systems to deliver transformation at scale.

Bring clinical leaders and professional experts together to jointly problem-solve strategic challenges in UEC and IUC, to co-design and share solutions across STPs and other transformation efforts – to leverage collective effort and promote congruence.
Provide the opportunity for people with the right skills and expertise to advise on how to improve operational and service development, whilst supporting decision making and implementation.
Enable sharing best practice, developing standards, pathways and resources for improvement across health and social care
Encourage collaborative working across health and social care organisations, all working towards improving patient experience and outcomes
