For this assignment, you will be delivering a presentation on one of the topics you’ve selected for your research paper. Note that this is a background/information gathering exercise.
First, after you’ve selected a topic, you will be required to find and read at least 3 sources that you’ve obtained from using the BC library site.

3. Directions Continued Next, you will need to do a few basic things:
1. Give us some background on your topic and explain what the basic dispute is over.
2. Provide a list of important terms for your topic and define each.
3. Briefly explain (based on the research you’ve conducted so far) what the main arguments that are being made on this topic are on all sides of the issue.
4. Provide the class a works cited page for the sources that you’ve read for this presentation (in MLA format) as well as an outline of the common arguments that you are presenting.

Note that this presentation should be brief, lasting no longer than 2-3 minutes and should have an accompanying slide presentation on a program like powerpoint or google slides.
Be prepared to answer questions from your classmates at the end of the presentation.
