2 Why Stakeholder Analysis?
Premise: A project is more likely to be successful if it BEGINs well. An understanding of stakeholders’ needs and expectations in crucial to success. The project management team must identify the stakeholders, determine what their needs and expectations are, and then manage and influence those expectations to ensure a successful project.

3 What Is a Stakeholder? Individuals, groups, or organizations that have an interest in the project and can mobilize resources to affect its outcome in some way

4 What Is Stakeholder Analysis?
Refers to the range of techniques or tools used to identify and understand the needs and expectations of major interests inside and outside the project environment

5 When to Conduct a SA? Before a project is initiated at some beginning phase Before it is too late
