What are the results of providers’ discomfort for teams? For victims/survivors? For offenders? For communities?

7 Check-In Questions for Self and Team
How do my experiences impact my ability to stay focused on v/s stories and necessary changes in the system response? Where does your discomfort result in harm to victims/survivors or communities? How must our practice or policy change to meet v/s needs? How can I productively engage discomfort within myself and my partners to make change? What action steps can we take to move our response forward when we go home?
