3 Summary Area is part of Santa Ana Watershed and San Jacinto Watershed Both streams are from the San Timoteo Creek Assumptions: No need for culvert within project area Site location is in between two natural streams Drainage Basin exists for Stream 1 Stream 2 drains into the San Jacinto River Future? Unsure: Research ideas for possible storm drain system to account for flow once land is developed Within scope? Planned: Research and design BMP to treat stormwater runoff Suggestions? May require more than one slide Hydrology PEAR

4 PEAR Initial PEAR submission was a very 1st draft incorporating aspects from the previous senior project A basic starting point of where to begin Helped: Focused research and determine important Figures/Tables from the General Plan and EIR Get a feel of the appropriate writing style May require more than one slide Hydrology PEAR

5 PEAR Not most updated PEAR we had at the time
Since the 1st draft our PEAR has gone through many revisions and remains in progress Looking at different PEAR submissions we saw: Many didn’t include Figures Thus, we removed these figures from our PEAR (can be added it desired) Made our Section 8 Technical Summaries more concise and to the point Usually 5-15 pages long May require more than one slide Hydrology PEAR
