Initiate policy dialogue to align with the country policy context: how DLB can contribute to the country strategy
Include case studies, success stories along the value chain should be included in a dialogue

Technical team engagement should be prior to policy level
Similar approach in the public breeding programs,
It is not a one time dialogue and it should be in a continuous feedback loop

Invest, develop and promote case studies to help in scaling out and advocating DLP work
Create and integrate approach with other geographic region where DLP approach is working (SES, Europe, Australia, USA)

Linking the current inadequate variety adoption to the non use of DLB and link possibility of improved livelihoods / agro business and related wealth and business – employment
