Current notifications occur after transaction submitted for processing – going forward approval will be required before submission to HR Transaction will follow approval path for high or low risk depending on percentage increase requested and path to which it is assigned High risk considered >3.5% - to Asst. Director of Research for final approval Low risk considered <=3.5% - to HR
