August 23rd – InnoVia becomes READ ONLY at Noon
TRANSITION WEEKEND – all Parallel work retained
Paragon – normal parallel functionality continues
InnoVia – read only - no changes allowed
August 26th – Listing Maintenance enabled at approximately 10:00 AM!

1. Verify your listings in Paragon – if any data is incorrect, provide the following to Association:
MLS numbers
Correct data in InnoVia
Field Names
Incorrect data in Paragon
2. Add saved searches for Active Buyers in Paragon
3. Setup Collaboration Center for your Contacts
4. Gather information for newly required Paragon listing data – must have for add/edit on August 26th
5. Add contacts
6. RETS Export Setup – verify with webmaster
