Recap of events UPS Return Shipment 2-day air shipping labels, blue nonscorable, and orange scorable labels Contract Operations handled extra shipments of blue, orange, and UPS 2-day air shipping labels expediently this year. This was the fifth year Riverside Scoring Center supplied districts with pre-printed UPS RS labels. There were no calls this year from districts having any issues for paying UPS for their grade 2 materials being picked up. This year we had NO districts having issues with UPS trying to charge them for UPS pick-ups. 30 Riverside Assessments, LLC

Recap of events Truck pick-ups for the larger districts
There was already a formal process in place for the last year of the 5-year contract with the SC Department of Education since being implemented back in 2015. However, the number of pick-ups dropped from 28 to 24 total districts due to 13 largest districts shipping back by building. There were 17 total districts that needed special handling since they did not have the ability to palletize & shrink-wrap the boxes. Overall, the process went smoothly again this year, and our freight truck vendors (FedEx and CH Robinson did an exceptional job picking up on the promise dates of either 11/16 or 11/19. There were a few districts that did have a morning pick-up 31 Riverside Assessments, LLC
