1. Varenicline (Champix) Patient Group Directive Training Event
Are you offering a dispensing service for Nicotine Replacement Therapy?
Would you like to also be able to prescribe Champix?
If the answer to these is ‘yes’ you must attend this training event.
At this event you will sign a contract variation for the stop smoking service and the Patient Group Directive for Varenicline.
You must send all pharmacists who will be working under the PGD to this event as without this training they will be unable to prescribe Varenicline. They must complete the free CPPE module (takes 1 hour) on PGDs ahead of this event.
