5. Personal Fact Sheet- a list of all the information about yourself that you will need for a job application form
A personal fact sheet makes it easy to fill out a job application sheet
It is just a reference sheet
List these facts on your personal fact sheet- date of birth, driver’s license number, interests/hobbies, awards, past work experiences and dates, schools you have attended, & references and contact info

Who makes good references??
Teachers, coaches, pervious employers, co-workers
Do not use relatives or friends
Choose someone that will put in a good word for you
Ask permission to use them as a reference
