2 Animal Facts Diet Description Movement
Coyote’s have a grayish brown to yellowish gray fur, a white under-belly, yellow eyes, and a bushy tail (the same color as there fur). And their weight is about 9-23 kilograms. Also, they are about in and their tails, 16 in. Because of their strong teeth and digestive system, they can eat almost about anything. Last of all, coyotes have a slightly pointier ears then a gray wolf. Diet Coyote’s are carnivores and as we saw, they can eat almost anything including human trash! A coyote will normally eat small mammals- to be specific: rabbits squirrels snakes and large birds. Movement Coyote’s simply walk or run to get around, the fastest a coyote can go is 40 miles per hour. 4 Life Cycle When a coyote is born it will usually have 5 more brothers and sisters at average yes six coyote’s at a time at AVERAGE! Moms can have 19 baby’s at a time wow, that’s a lot. Coyote baby’s are called cubs or pups. Pups will stay in their moms belly for day’s. pup’s look a little like foxes without an under belly. They get an under belly when they are about 1-2 years old.
