Patient 18 had typical orthostatic headache. CSF pressure was zero. Thoracic spinal MR imaging showed irregular high signal intensity along the nerve root sleeve. He underwent epidural blood patch, and his symptoms completely disappeared. A and B, Axial fat-saturated T2-weighted MR images show irregular high signal intensity (arrows) along the nerve root sleeve at the T1 level.
