EOS Construction Vol 2 Module 29 - 4 Emergency Response Emergency Response Plan A written emergency response plan shall be developed and implemented to handle anticipated emergencies prior to the commencement of emergency response operations. Exception: Employers that will evacuate employees from the danger area when an emergency occurs, and that do not permit any employees to assist in handling the emergency, are exempt from this requirement if they have a proper emergency action plan. §1926.35;.65(q)(1)
