8. More Training Scheduled
Veronyca and Beverly will continue to conduct two ‘Summary’ trainings a week until the end of Sept.
Summary training covers the basics of how to upload a file and how to do web data entry
Laura will conduct web data entry training for EMS
Laura will conduct web data entry training for Hospitals
new training schedule will be posted on Thursday Sept. 13, 2012

9. User Name and Password & System Roll Out
If you have a password for the old system it will not work in the new system
On Monday, Sept. 17, 2012 user name and password will be sent by secure to:
Persons who have taken training and who perform web data entry for EMS Runs and Hospital Trauma
On Monday, Sept. 24, 2012 user name and password will be sent by secure to:
Persons who have taken training and who submit data by file upload
On Monday, Oct. 1, 2012 user name and password will be sent by secure to:
Persons who have taken training and who submit submersion records

10. System Roll Out
Sept. 17th: Web data entry for EMS runs and Hospital Trauma
Sept. 24th: File upload for EMS runs and Hospital Trauma
Oct. 1st : Web data entry for Submersions

11. System User Agreement
New users who never had an account in the old system, will be sent the ‘System User Agreement’ on Sept. 12, 2012.
Each new user will check the boxes to indicated agreement with each condition of using the DSHS Trauma Registry, electronically sign it, and return it via the same it was sent to by DSHS
New users must have BOTH the System User Agreement and Training completed in order to receive their user name and password
