Start with the paler colours first and work towards the darker colours.
Put all the final details on at the very end, i.e. any markings and any decorative elements. 4

And these will be the people you will work together with to make your group tribal mask. 5

Take out your individual FINAL DESIGNS and together, make a list of all the successful parts of each design – you must include something from each mask. 6

7. PREP.WORK

Using the list of mask features which you have made with your tribal group, create at least 3 initial idea sketches for the group design. These should all fit onto 1 page and be in LINE ONLY.

8. 5 minutes
Turn to the back of your sketchbook, look at the learning objectives from the start of the lesson, tick each statement to indicate how confident you feel you have met each one (fully, partially, not at all).
