Eliminate support documentation requirement: OnBase will automatically retrieve supporting document from FDW & UDW using the original JID.
Enhanced security-access limited to DOA: Integrated DOA list. Eliminate the need to attach DOA to submission. You can simply select DOA for the department being charge and they will receive a from OnBase notifying them of your submission.
Workflow tracking capabilities: Transparent workflow tracking capabilities, allow requestor to see where exactly in the process is his/her submission.
Timely and inclusive notification: Allow requestor and DOA to receive notification about submission and when request is posted.
Quicker turnaround time: maximum of 2 weeks vs. 4 weeks via old excel form.
View all EXPTX requests in one place: Easy record keeping tactic for department whom keep scan copy. This will allow requestors to search all submission by entering request number in “search” field. Or any key word in search field that pertain to entry submitted.
