How should germs be dealt with today?
Each country develops its own strategy (and pays for it) Globally, we select a disease and put all our resources (human, $$, equipment) to fighting it, and eliminating it, before we move on to another disease. Specific projects should target certain diseases, and are paid for by governments together. Specific projects should target certain diseases, and are paid for by organisations or private companies. Drug companies should be required to donate drugs/sell them cheaply to combat major diseases.
