The only days available are Wednesdays for High School and Fridays for Elementary and Middle School(following Blended Schedule)
The only times available for now are mornings – 8-10:30 and 10-12
Do not schedule any more students for the Aug. 14 or 16 dates
If siblings are scheduled separately, do what you can to schedule them together IF they are in the same school and grade level.
Make sure to check and see if the student also has a WIDA test scheduled so that you notify Melissa or Sarah Sisneros that it needs to be changed too.
Please refer students with parent concerns about accommodations to the Special Education teacher.

Make sure the room shows that it has space and select the blue arrow to assign the student to the session. Make sure you verify the correct timeslot! (the numerator shows how many seats are left for this time slot)

7. If the family has confirmed that the date/time works, select “Yes and Confirm” this assignment. If they haven’t, select “Yes”
