Deny Self – take up one’s cross (Mk. 8:34)

Deny Self – take up on cross (Mk. 8:34) We have a self to put to death – a self to value Christ and the Gospel with (Mk. 8:35, Gal. 2:20, Rom. 6:6)

Begin with the “Good News” First Point out Jesus as fulfillment of God’s Foreordained purpose. see Him suffering, rejected, killed (crucified) and raised on the third day.
