13. Working with Youth
When you arrive, staff will introduce you to campers
Always use positive words
Treat all campers equally
Communicate clearly and respectfully
Avoid sarcasm
Talk to the campers 
Per HSHV policy, youth should
not be picked up or sit in laps
Allow staff to handle behavior situations
Remember, we want campers to have a good experience, and leave here loving animals!
