Estimate sheets with calculations and final summary sheet
Estimate sheets with calculations and final summary sheet. I have attached the sheets to use. I would like to see a an estimate sheet for the insulation and jacketing work and a separate estimate sheet for the pipe installation and supports. Please use the attached estimate calculation sheet and final summary sheet for your calculations and final cost tally. Your thoughts on Overhead and Profit (1 paragraph) Bid Price Final Man Day Count and Crew Size you are proposing

Comments I have attached labor productivity rates and material costs. Labor productivity rates are for standard work, standing on the ground, on a sunny 65 degree F day. Need to consider SF of aluminum jacket when pricing up materials. Insurances and taxes are figured on the base wage only, not any fringe benefits. Attachments will include estimate forms, labor rate packages for pipe fitters and insulators, labor production rates, material costs, rental rates, and insurance/tax rates.
