Use your CV, About Us or LinkedIn page as a starting point Ensure it matches your Personal Brand Focus on the last 5 years List your key (transferable) skills Highlight key achievements – quantify them in % terms Say what you do well/do better Identify how you can help Mention soft skills – if necessary Now and only now start writing

18 Delivery Adapt your delivery to the particular situation
