We Can Know The Truth John 8:32
Jesus says we can know the truth. Some say there is no truth. Some say we cannot know the truth. Whom do we believe?
3
(Ephesians 3:4; 5:17; 1 Timothy 3:15; 4:3; 1 John 2:21; 4:6).
There are a number of New Testament passages that teach we can know the truth (Ephesians 3:4; 5:17; 1 Timothy 3:15; 4:3; 1 John 2:21; 4:6). Some passages may be difficult. 2 Peter 3:16 says so. That doesn’t mean it is impossible to know.

We Must Preach The Whole Truth Acts 20:27
Some suggest… . …we should “accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative.” . …we should “connect more” with young people and the unchurched.
5
The Bible teaches the need to preach all of the truth (Acts 20:20).
All the truth must be preached to produce true faith. Faith comes from the word (Romans 10:17) We must preach the word (2 Timothy 4:2-4)

We Must Contend For The Faith Jude 3
Some are “shy” about confrontation. Paul says to be “… set for the defense of the gospel” (Philippians 1:16). He also says to strive for the gospel (Philippians 1:27). We must remember we are in a fight (1 Timothy 6:12).
7
We Must Not Be Like The World Romans 12:1-2
We live in the world and must defend against its influence. Jesus warned against worldliness (Matthew 13:22). John warned against worldliness (1 John 2:15-17). Loving the world can be disastrous (2 Timothy 4:10).
8
We Must Be Committed To The Word Acts 20:32
Such a commitment will safeguard those in the faith (Acts 20:29-30). Such a commitment will save those who will believe it (Acts 11:14).
