Instructions How to upload a draft document for ballot

Please click on the Work Area tab
Please note: Only full members of the Committee can sponsor a document and upload the document for ballot Please click on the WIP tab and locate the document that you are sponsoring. Please click on the Work Area tab

To upload the document for ballot, please click on Sponsor Final Draft
When the screen opens, you will see the following: please fill out the form as requested (see filled out example on next slide)

Example of screen filled out with information requested below Once form has been completed, please click on Add Final Draft . This will send the document over to the staff representative to ballot to the committee Use the Browse button to add a copy of the document (document must be in Word format - with Track Changes if this is not a new J-doc) and click the “Add Final Draft” button. The system will send the Staff Rep a note and they will start the ballot
