2 Procedure: Purchasing Of Gift Cards
Purchasing of gift cards requires preapproval Preapproval is obtained by using the Procurement form titled “Preapproval for the Purchase of Gift Cards/Gift Certificates Per the Hospitality Policy and Procedures” Recipients of the gift cards must sign the Disbursement Log and attach to Reimbursement Request or Pro Card Statement

Increase in UFSS Check Requests for unauthorized Purchases These check request could have been on Requisition or Pro Card Early Procurement Planning
