The Church is referred to as the “body of Christ” So… we can’t grow
1 Thessalonians 5:11 “Encourage one another and build each other up” The Church is referred to as the “body of Christ” (1 Corinth. 12:7 / Rom. 12:5) So… we can’t grow fully mature in Christ apart from other Christians.

We help each other grow in Christ by affirming each other’s worth…
* by showing acceptance (Romans 15:7) * by showing attention (Galatians 6:10) * by showing affection (Romans 12:10) * by showing appreciation (1 Thess. 5:12)
