Here you will find all the main sections of our site. Let’s go through them one by one…
A) Company
Here you will find information about Concord Products. How long we’ve been in business, our environmental standards, and our Mission Statement are all available.
Please Take Note – This is one of 3 places where you can access our Frequently Asked Questions page to find exactly the answer you need.
If you ever have a problem or concern we recommend looking here to find a quick and easy answer before contacting our Customer Service team.

Once you arrive at your Product Page, the Red Links are where you want to look.
More Images – Mouse over each image to see a Display, High, Medium, or Low quality photo. Low quality photos are optimized to save for use.
Price Book and Spec Guide – These can only be accessed if you are logged in from the Client Center already.
Request A Quote – This will generate a form for this specific line. Fill it out and submit it and Customer Service will contact you for more details.

2. Pick a name from the Results.
Note – When choosing a Finish Color always refer to both the Name and Number.
Typicals/Symbol Library - These sections are still pending and will be available soon.

You can also find a link in this menu to the Quick Links Shipping Menu where you can access our Information and Policies and our Damaged Freight Document.

You can also find a link to the Quick Links Selling Support Menu where you can access various Forms, Features & Benefits, Presentations, and Manuals.
Direct any new Customers or Dealers to our Become A Reseller page. This has all the information they need to register their company with us.
The Client Login page is where you can enter your username and password in order to see our Client Center.

2. When you see “Hi <Your Name>”, there will be a new Menu Item at the top of the page called Client Center.

In the Client Center you will find all kinds of great pages. The Customer Tools page includes a list of Price Books, Quote Checklists, Brochures, Features & Benefits, Sell Sheets, and Photo Galleries.
Below Customer Tools you will notice the Frequently Asked Questions page again. Then we have pages that are
devoted to some of our specific tools: Price Books, Brochures, Features and Benefits, Specification Guides, Concord University Presentations, and the Quick Links Menu items Selling Support, Technical Information, Promotions and Incentives, and finally our Company News.

If you are a new Dealer or you haven’t purchased anything from us recently you may need to fill out a Credit Application before you can purchase anything. Here you will find everything you need to do that.
Concord does accept Credit Card payments upon completion of the Credit Card Form found here. It must be filled out to it’s entirety and signed by the buyer.
