How to best structure your site, sub sites, lists and libraries
How to best organize your data
What consistent naming convention should apply
How will permissions be handled – specifically when storing sensitive corporate data.

5. Part 2: ForumPass Site Templates
Common Project Site Templates:
Team Site: primary site and center of a project site collection. Team sites provide document libraries, announcement and task lists, calendars, and a discussion board.
Project Site: used to capture tasks and assign them to people in your organization, store and manage project-related documentation, and track project team events on a common calendar.
Quick Start Template: custom template which includes many of the same elements as the Team Site, as well as the integrated WebEx calendar enabled.
Common Information Sharing Site Templates:
Community Site: a place where members can discuss topics of common interest. Members can browse and discover relevant content by exploring categories, sorting discussions.
Blog Site: announce company announcements, or post ideas, observations, and expertise within your team or organization.
Wiki Site : repositories for an organizations knowledge base, and supports the sharing and transfer of information and knowledge.
