MUST: Be able to write a simple assembly language program, including input, output and halt. Be able to record the state of the variables in a dry run table for at least one simple program. SHOULD: Be able to create an algorithm for a program to add two numbers in assembly language. Be able to write a suitable program to add two numbers in assembly language. Be able to consider the design for an algorithm for a program to subtract one number from another in assembly language Written a simple program in assembly language. Download the lesson PowerPoint and fill in first box on slide 2 “What I know” and have a go at the key terms. Use pages 60 – 61 of Student Book to help.
